Life is not the word,
you were more than life
You were part of me
You were my faith
But you had to leave
And I have to be
Will there be another day?
Is there another time?
A chance to hear ‘mommy’?
And play?
And hold you when you need me?
My faith, my darling, my heart
I am with you
No matter what
I am here
And I love you
My baby, my faith….
