I have been to 6 shops for the past week and I have yet to find a winter coat for Isyraf. Of course, I am not expecting Malaysia to have a wide variety but even a simple coat with Isyraf size is difficult to find! Looks like I have to extend my search to the outer parts of the golden triangle…. What I need now is someone to accompany me. Any takers?
A Good & Busy Weekend November 16, 2009

Good news! We’ll be going to London for the year end holidays! Having one kid, is as good as having three or four (well I can only imagine right now). The list of things to do and prepare is endless! I am slowly putting things together for the trip especially Isyraf’s things. So I need a list. Been searching for a checklist online (malas to do my own
). Of course, at the same time, I’m hopeful that I would stumble upon useful travelling tips.
So my weekend with my darling was filled with numerous trips to various shops looking for winter clothes for him.

We only bought a pair yesterday. Quite a few to choose from at Reject Shop (I’m glad). So I thought of dragging his daddy along to choose the rest. The photo below is Isyraf in one Tommy sweat shirt. Look like some rapper-toddler, doesn’t he?

This next one is him posing in a shirt & vest (a gift from his beloved Nan). All we need to do now is find a matching pants.

My mom and I dug out all our winter coats and sweaters from the closet. As I was trying out some of my mom’s (hoping I could fit into them), Isyraf started to cry, pulled my hands and mumbled ‘Mommy, Isyraf don’t have jacket, how to go London with Mommy?’. I was in my teasing mood then, so I pretended that I was ready to go to the airport and about to walk out of the door when Isyraf ran to the door, locked it and turn to me and said with his famous cheeky smile ‘Isyraf locked the door, Mommy. Now Mommy cannot go London’.
Well, me being me, I would probably be the first one to cry if I ever had to leave Isyraf behind for any number of days.
More updates on our preparation for the trip. We have collected the tickets. And we have YET to renew our passports. Hehe. That’s in my to do list next week =)
luv luv <3

I have learnt not to speak my mind… Is it a good thing? Well certain things are not meant to be said out loud especially when it concerns a human being and especially not in here.
The best is to convey your issues to the person it is directed to. Simple. Straight forward. Not necessarily easy.
It’s complicated.
